MYAIRA was born from a simple observation: the world doesn't have enough radiologists, but it does have enough data and compute to augment every one of them.
Our mission
Every missed finding on a chest X-ray is a delayed treatment. Every overworked radiologist is a burnout risk. We're building AI that acts as a tireless second reader — catching what exhaustion might miss, prioritizing what urgency demands.
Our goal isn't to replace radiologists. It's to give every radiologist — whether in a major teaching hospital or a rural clinic — access to the same diagnostic intelligence.
From research lab to clinical deployment
MYAIRA started at AI Bharata, a deep-tech research company focused on artificial intelligence, cybernetics, neuromorphic computing, and emerging technologies. What began as COVID-19 chest X-ray detection research in 2020 evolved into a comprehensive medical imaging AI platform.
Our team observed that while AI research papers were achieving radiologist-level accuracy on benchmark datasets, very few of these models were making it into actual clinical workflows. The gap wasn't in the science — it was in the engineering: integration, reliability, speed, and trust.
MYAIRA bridges that gap. We build models that meet clinical-grade reliability standards, wrap them in interfaces radiologists actually want to use, and deploy them on infrastructure that hospital IT teams can approve.
