Is Medixshare really free?
Yes. Medixshare scan sharing is free forever — share as many scans as you want via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. AI analysis is a paid add-on available in Professional and Enterprise plans.
Is there a free trial for Professional?
Yes — 14 days with full access to all Professional features including AI analysis. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any point. Pro-rated billing on annual plans, immediate on monthly.
What counts as an "AI analysis"?
One analysis = one medical image processed through our AI detection pipeline. Sharing scans via Medixshare does not count as an analysis — only AI-powered pathology detection counts.
What imaging modalities does MYAIRA AI support?
Today, AI analysis is available for chest X-rays (15+ pathologies). CT, MRI, ultrasound, and pathology analysis are in development. Medixshare supports sharing any type of medical imaging.
Is my data used for model training?
Never without explicit opt-in. Enterprise customers have full data isolation by default. We maintain strict data governance policies compliant with HIPAA and GDPR.
Do you sign BAAs?
Yes. Business Associate Agreements are standard for Professional and Enterprise plans.
What regulatory clearances does MYAIRA have?
MYAIRA is currently pursuing FDA 510(k) clearance for our core chest X-ray detection algorithms. Our platform is built to FDA, CE, and HIPAA standards. We will update this page as clearances are obtained.
